Book Your Ride

There are two ways to buy Ferrari World Theme Park tickets: online or at the entrance.

However, we recommend buying your entry ticket for Ferrari World in advance for a hassle-free experience, and there are good reasons for it.

First, The biggest challenge to purchasing tickets at the park is the long lines at the entrance and the rides you wish to try.

With online tickets, you can skip the long lines at the counter, which sometimes can take up to 30 minutes, and go straight to the rides.

Second, during peak season (November to March), Abu Dhabi’s Ferrari World can get very crowded, and tickets tend to sell out quickly.

If you buy your tickets online, you can be sure you’ll have a spot for your desired date and time.

Ticket prices at the gate can be up to AED 30 ($8) higher than online prices.

So, it is cheaper to buy Ferrari World Ticket online

What to Expect at Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi

Are you a fan of Ferrari? Do you love speed and excitement? If so, then you’ll love Ferrari World, the world’s largest indoor theme park.

You might be wondering what to expect at Ferrari World. Will it be too fast? Too crowded? Too expensive?

This section will answer all your questions about what it’s like to experience Ferrari World.

Ferrari World, as we all know, is the first Ferrari-branded theme park, so it is pretty obvious it is dedicated to Ferrari.

You’ll find everything from thrilling roller coasters to family-friendly attractions, all with a Ferrari twist.

Welcome Plaza – The First Stop

The Welcome Plaza is the first thing you will see when you enter the Ferrari World theme park.

It is a large, open area with a prancing horse in the center.

The ticket booth is located on the right side of the plaza, and the shops and restaurants are located on the left side.

Next, Off to the Racing Zone!

Once you’ve passed the entrance by showing your e-ticket, you’ll head to the F1 Zone. This is where you’ll find the world’s fastest roller coaster, Formula Rossa.

It can reach speeds of up to 240 km/h in just 4.9 seconds.

If you want something a little less intense, there are plenty of other rides in the Racing Zone, including G-Force, Scuderia Challenge, and Fiorano GT Challenge.

Italian Zone: Where Ferrari Came From

After the Racing Zone, head to the Italian Zone.

This is where you will find rides like Flying Aces, the world’s highest rollercoaster loop, and Bell’Italia, which is a drive-through replica of iconic Italian landmarks.

On January 12, 2023, Ferrari World made a new addition to their rides, a 5D roller coaster with the world’s first sideways coaster drop, called Mission Ferrari.

The Zip Line Experience

If you want to experience something more thrilling, such as ziplining through the highest loop, the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi Zip Line is waiting for you.

The path starts in the heart of the park and passes through the middle of the Flying Aces roller coaster loop, totaling 400 meters (1,300 feet).

Walk on the Ferrari World Rooftop

In the late afternoon, you can head to the Ferrari World Roof and walk on top of the 2.2 million-square-foot surface, about 517 feet off the ground.

As a reward, you get to enjoy impressive views of the entire Yas Island.

As part of Ferrari World’s 10th anniversary celebrations, a zip line and roof walk were added to the iconic rooftop of the theme park in the United Arab Emirates.

The Family Zone: A Place for Your Kids

There are rides like Junior Grand Prix, a mini version of Formula Rossa called Formula Rossa Junior, and Turbo Track, a zero-gravity fall.

The Adventure Zone: Last Stop

Finally, you’ll head to the Adventure Zone.

At the Adventure Zone’s Scuderia Challenge, you will experience firsthand what it’s like to train like a Ferrari driver.

We’ve covered a lot of ground, but there’s still so much more to see and do at Ferrari World. So take your time, explore at your own pace, and enjoy the ride!

Ferrari World Timings

Ferrari World opens daily at 12 pm and closes at 8 pm.

The last entry to Yas Iand’s Ferrari World closes 1 hour before the closing time.

It is important to note that the opening hours of Ferrari World may change due to special events or weather conditions.

You can always check the official website or Instagram handle for the latest updates.

The Best time to visit Ferrari World Abu Dhabi

The best time to visit Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is early in the morning, as soon as the park opens at 12 pm, or during the weekdays when the crowds are smaller.

The reason we recommend going early is that the crowds are small in the morning and gradually build up later in the day.

And another fun bit about it is that you will also find shorter queues for the rides and attractions in the morning.

How long does Ferrari World take?

Depending on how many rides and attractions you want to experience and how much time you want to spend at each, it will determine how long it takes to visit Ferrari World.

You could probably see the entire park in 3 to 4 hours if you were only interested in riding the most well-known Ferrari World Abu Dhabi rides.

If you want to take your time and see everything that Yas Island has to offer, you could easily spend 5 to 6 hours or more.

If you wish to explore Abu Dhabi, The 10-hour Ferrari World Tour from Dubai would be a good option.
